Litter bins galore! Is there still any bins in that area? I've not been to Wigan recently and am out of touch.

I live just outside Wigan but haven't been in the town for years. I doubt that the bins are still there as they moved most of them because of possible terrorist bombs. Also, I don't think the council like emptying so many bins!

Wallgate today is a disgrace--it's filthy and dirty. I lived there as a child, but the council seems to have no pride in the town any more. Every time I walk up there I wonder what visitors coming off the trains think.
