Flag waving at the bottom of First Avenue Hindley,it looks as though it was the time the Queen came on the Silver Anniversary of her coronation.
My mother Margaret Gibson,is standing second from right, my son and daughter Lynne and Jeff are second and third from left. Most of the people in the photo lived in first avenue Hindley which was opposite the menorca ballroom.
