Jake Ainscough propells 6D03 Carnforth- Penmaenmawr under the loader, locos 20056 and 20160. As I recall Llandudno drivers normally worked this from the junction but they were'nt passed on 20s so the Branch men worked it through.The new A55 is still under construction. 26th May 1989.Happy days!

some of us were passed on 20s,but we mostly used them on summer passenger and coke workings.i took a lot of these trains forward usually pulled by 31s,40s,47s and sometimes 37s.if anyone remembers,i was the one with the long curly blond hair.i seem to remember some of the faces on this site but im not very good with names.i was originally at crewe but moved to llan jct for my driving job after MP12.
