It certainly looks like the Bert Braithwaite that I knew,who was a plumber with Wigan Corporation. I presume you are a relation of Bert's.

Can anyone verify who the person is on the second row between the man in the shirt and the man looking to his left. It looks like my grandad, Fred Halliwell. Unfortunately my grandad has sadly passed away and I can't show him this photo.
