Julie, Did your dad go to Whelley School. If so if you go to Schools, and Whelley primary, (it should be Secondary) he is on the front row.

Thanks for that Mark. I am guessing that he is the 3rd boy from the left. The picture is very small on my computer. Is this your photograph and if so I would love to get a hard copy of it. Did you go to school with him.

Julie, that was the only class that we were in together. I wouldn't say we were very close mates, although we all got on well. If I remember right your Dads best friend was Jimmy Greenhalgh.I have got the original but I don't think it is wise to give too many personal details on these sites to get a copy to you.

Hi Marken. was i right with my guess of which little boy was my dad on the school photo? If I put an old but still live email address on here would you be willing to email me so that i could give you my postal address to send me a copy of the school photograph.
