The picture is a video still taken from one of my DVDs, Bickershaw Colliery a Pictorial History.
It show a train of coal wagons coming out of the pit yard at Bickershaw Colliery. The year was 1936.
Bickershaw was the last deep mine in the Wigan Coalfield. The pit was abandoned in 1992.
