Anybody remember Bert Connah. He died whilst working at Bulldog Tools in the early seventies. Lovely man. He was my uncle.

Sorry Barbara, don't remember any one dying whilst I worked there in the early 70's. Two men named Bert worked with me at Henry Park St but both of them retired. They were really nice people too.

Yes Barbara, I remember Bert, very nice guy. He worked in plating dept with my uncle, Harold Todd. I think his son worked there as a fitter.

Hi Does anyone remember my grandfather I think he was a forman at the Henry Park St Forge his name was Sam Grange.My aunties had the bakehouse in the same street. I got my thumb chopped off in the gate of the forge when I was 5yrs old, about 1953, we used the open van truck for the coronation celebrations.

Hi there i was an apprentice fitter in the tool room under Bernard ( 64-68),he was a gentleman . Happy memories
