Albert Ramsdale was the Driver on the Lion, Tony Taylor was acting Fireman, one of the few left at the time who were still passed out as a "fireman."...........For the Rainhill celebrations we had to dig deep to find men still "OK for traction."...............Incidentally Tony was hand picked with Albert for the restoration and steaming of this very important locomotive, the oldest in the world still in full working order.
