Group of workers at Springs Branch. The exact date is not known but my grandfather Joe Whelan (third from the right) was born in 1884. He served an apprenticeship at Pendleburys before staring work for LMS at Springs Branch.
I am writing a book about my railway service, and would like to include this photograph in it. Is there any objections.
