The adverts hold as much of interest as the Queens of Industry. Just look at the advert for The Ribble Cabinet Company in Millgate and the ladies in the hairdressers under the 1960s hairdryers! Fascinating!

Irene, the girls took part in the beauty Queen of industry, not an advert for hairdressers.
