I'd never heard of Atlas Forge and according to the internet it was at Britannia Bridge, there's a discussion on Flickr and the approximate bearings on the adjoining photo it looks to be on Boundary Street; and probably the same building that Heaton's bakery used until it burned down. https://www.flickr.com/photos/fray_bentos/179385373/in/photostream/

It was Dougal Engineering before Heaton's took it over.
