Frank, I left Potter's around that time, I can't recall you taking photographs so must have gone by then.

Peter was also the foreman in the maltings and had worked there from leaving school. Brian Roscoe was another employee in there and part of his job was to manually empty the mash tun with a large shovel, he was as thin as a bean pole and it was doing that a few times a week that probably kept him so lean.
