Wigan Album

Thanks to Mick for taking this photograph for it shows the progress made since the previous photograph on P-A-D. I think the original contract period for this scheme was the end of 2010 (which I knew I would not see it through to the end) but as with Phase1 (2007-08) of FAS, I assume that additional works were added in by the client.
