Dose that mean your legs cant be over a yard long.
This would have been The Market Arcade, or "The Old Arcade" as most of us knew it. Demolished in 1971. I feel privileged to have known it, and to remember Wigan when it had life and character.

According to my Family Tree, I have a Great Grandfather John Bale. He was born in 1837 and he was a Draper in Wigan I assume this is him.
