This photo was passed on to me by a friend who is sadly no longer with us. The photo would have appeared in the Wigan Observer possibly in the 1980s. It looks like the children's ward at Wigan infirmary, but have no idea? Help would be much appreciated.

The lady on the right looks like a friend of mine but couldn't be sure

I think the girl in the middle comes from Ince.
