The Rapid Load Bunker pictured here was erected during the 84/85 strike. The "liner train" as it was known consisted of 2 engines at the front and 2 at the back. in between them were the coal wagons can't remember the exact number maybe about Forty, each carrying about 35 tons of coal.
It all went to Fiddlers Ferry power station.

The locomotives used were always Class 20s two at the front and two at the rear.
