I can't get that link to work.
On the front of the Casino are the letters K E. What does that mean? I don't remember what that sign was but it doesn't spell Casino or Empress Ballroom, or Beachcomber.

Sgt. Pepper. The sign originally would have read JOKERS as in the Jokers Licensed restaurant.
