I can see the water cans at the top of the steps by the door Pete, now you mention it.
Just wondered, was the water delivered by the inspector? or brought on a light engine?,(like what took place at Hilton House & Hindley & B B Junction boxes).

Sometimes it came via a 1-1-3, is this correct I'm a bit rusty Harry. Coal was steam coal from Light Engine that was on it's way north, it stopped near the bunker to unload. The first delivery vehicle I mentioned, also brought other supplies, 5gallon containers and such like, then it went on the single track.

2.3 is the bell code for a light engine Pete.

I knew the light engine one Harry but wasn't 100% sure about the engine and van 1-1-3 (supply train some would call it, must have been a doddle for the crew).
