Not sure what the caravan is for, it might belong to the contractors working around the shaft top?

I think some of the contractors who worked for Cementation mining lived in a caravan, it could have been their's.

The caravan did belong to the contractors cementation they drove the tunnel which conected us to bickershaw and built the strata bunkers.
