There were old tram lines in the fitting shop up until demolition. Trams haven't operated in Wigan since 1931!
I emailed various council departments suggesting that they should save them.
Guess what, no response whatsoever.
Oyr heritage mustn't be 'inclusive' enough, eh.
The demo guy seems to be a decent chap by all accounts. let's hope he's stashed them in his yard :-)
