Did anyone know Vince Glover the chap that drew the above , Said to have lived in Downallgreen Rd between Meadowcroft & the Motorway bridge,

Ged, I knew him very well, a true gent, he passed away about 4 years ago. He lived in the semi's opposite St.Peters school, then Oakwood ave. in Ashton.He did many ink drawings of Bryn, Ashton and Wigan, a gifted artist.
