A Lancashire United, Northern Counties bodied Leyland Leopard,outside the Plantation gates on Wigan Lane,before leaving for London to be exhibited at the 1974 Commercial Show.

This Lancashire United bus, 424 GBN331N, new in 1974 was unique as the only Leyland Leopard single decker bodied by Northern Counties. Mechanically identical, but different looking to the later 35 bodied by Plaxton, JDK921-925P, LTE486-495P and MTE13-32R.
