Where is the Northern Counties Transport Museum?
I've been to the Greater Manchester Transport Museum in Boyle street in M/chester.

This bus is no.115 and is a Leyland with a Northern Counties body. It normally resides in the Transport Museum in Manchester. It was the last rear loader in the Wigan Corporation fleet and survived because it was used to train new drivers.

Other people in the picture - 10: Elsie Parsons (Ron Parsons' wife), 12: Judith Parsons 14: Nigel Parsons (Ron's daughter & son). Sadly, Elsie passed away on 7th January 2018.
