Having just passed under Taylors lane overbridge ex LMS Jubilee class Western Australia 45568, is approaching the Whelley line overbridge on the Up Slow on January 25th 1962. Just visible above the exhaust smoke is the distinctive bow string shape girder bridge taking the Whelley line over the LNWR main line to Manchester Exchange, which has left the WCML at Springs Branch No. 1 just behind Taylors Lane overbridge. A Brian Barlow one I think.
