Apprentices "Busman's Holiday" to Spain

All 30 apprentices selected for the 'Busman's Holiday' to Spain. Taken circa 1970. I was prompted to upload this picture after seeing a more recent one of Eric Greenhalgh. Eric is in the centre (just under the windscreen wiper of the coach) with the long sideburns. I'm directly beneath him (front row) holding a pair of sunglasses. I hope this brings back a few memories. I would love to know what happened to all in the picture.

Hi Eric, nice to see you still ok. I was chargehand fitter at Parsonage when you came over as Assistant Engineer. We were both on regular afternoon shift at the time. I left to go to South Africa in '80.
Hope all is well with you and yours

That brings back memories Malcolm. I remember most of the faces but the names of most escape me. Thats me, second from the left at the front. I was good mates with David Austin and Keith McClymont, 3rd and 4th from the right standing. I think the lad at my left was called Tony, I think his second name was Newton.
