I also have fond memories of the school and remember Mary Snailam, she lived opposite me. Unfortunatley she died last year. Does the Eileen Ryan who now lives in Australia have a brother - Fred I think his name is?

I too went to St Patricks Infants from 1964, then across the road to St Patricks Juniors. A wonderful time, Mr McDermott teaching us dancing. We lived Harper Street and Miss Underwood (teacher) was our neighbour. Does anyone have any photos of the walking day 1966 when Jacqueline Perrins was the May Queen.

When we played rounders on the roof of the school if the ball went over the high wall we would have to run down the stairs and down Rubert st to find it.sister Mary Monica was at the school and she was lovely.

Lots of memories of my time at St Patrick's Infant and Junior School. Who remembers Mr McDermott. Then of the new secondary school at Beech Hill with Sister Mary Monica. Where have all the years gone
