My guess this is 1962. These lads are a year or two older than me, but 2nd along on the front row looks like Barry Fishwick who played many years for Orrell RUFC.

This photo is definitely a lot earlier than 1962. D Aspinall on the right at the end of the top row was over 20 in 1962.

The goal keeper is me (black eyes) I think the top right is Lofty Longshaw, the others I do recognise Derek Curless, Snowy and next to Lofty I think is David Bearshaw

I was a couple of years older than these boys but from my memory ,back row far left,snowy,3rd left joe skett,far rt willy longshaw, front row second from left barry fishwick,goalkeeper david ormesher,second right graham metcalf, far rt bernard michison,I hope that someone in this team can name the complete line up its important,its our history.
