Oh no!!! That's my class. No wonder I'm an anti-royalist these days!! Phil, you're sitting next to Sandra Gregson I think. Sandra's twin Eileen is on the back row. So many faces I remember but sadly only a few names.
The "Queen" is definitely Sandra Gregson, and Eileen is behind and to the left. To the left of her is Alison McCowat.
I have absolutely no memory of this at all but the kid sitting next to Sandra with the crown on could be me - there was a double class that year. The kid crouched to the extreme right looking off to the side is Jonathan or Christopher Owen.
Finally found a copy of this photo, sorry Simon, but it's me sat next to Sandra
I vaguely remember visiting, and standing near Cricket ground as Queen drove past, would only have been 5yo! So my older brothers, Mark and Andrew, anyone remember us?
