Sorry I don't know when this picture was taken. There was a slide in the same box showing the new school before it was completely finished, so maybe around that time.
This picture could be on the railway embankment next to the flash. Soon to be a dual carriageway!
Hopefully someone can tell us.
It looks as if some lucky children have escaped from the classroom and are investigating the bushes with their teacher on a lovely sunny day. I bet she wishes she had put on some different shoes.

cathy you are right its a westerly view from the railway embankment.the tall flats are still in situ so its mid eighties ?.
