I only started there in 1964 but I recognise Mrs. Hodgkinson and the paintings in the School Hall.
How can anyone recognise anyone on this photo It's giving me a headache looking at it. I don't think even a visit to Specsavers would help...
Why don't people use a scanner to copy photographs instead of trying to photograph them? I'm sure everyone these days, who has a printer has a scanner facility

Willy is right about using a scanner (or one the these printer-scanner-fax devices) for old photos. I'll have a go, but it will not be easy to tease faces out of this one.
Henry 7, I probably wouldn't have known it was Mrs. Hodgkinson but Eileen had said it was her and there are other pics of her on the HAGS School Photos on The Album which suggest it is the same lady, but I certainly recognise the painting on the far left; I used to hate it! It WOULD be much better if it were clearer, of course, but not everyone has a scanner.....me for one.
