What year would this be? I worked at Richardson's Chemists at 81, High Street, from 1970-1973, (I believe the chemists is now on Church Street), and I recall a customer by the name of Mr. Finney, but can't recall his first name. I wonder if he is the little boy in the photo? He would probably have been a child in the 'forties or 'fifties.

Year is 1952 - 1955

Irene,since the doctors closed and moved on to High St where the Council Offices used to be, the chemist has also moved again, and, is itself now back on High St across from the new surgery. I dont think Richard Farrimond the choirmaster and organist was related to the chip shop Farrimonds. Ken i see Geoff Finney five evenings a week in Standish.
