I am fascinated.. shepherds with crooks? angels? dolls/babies? looks like 1910/1920 era. What about the one dressed as "town crier"?? someone with wolf/cat mask? red riding hood cloak?
Found this years ago in a box of photos in Mum's wardrobe. She didn't know anything about it and presumed it came from the Richards family home when my Aunty May died. It is definitely not rural Norfolk so must be Ince. Photographer's address is Darlington St. Richards clan in 20s and 30s lived around the Petticoat Lane, Mitchell St, Belle Vue Lane area.
brenda you must mean belle green lane area but right at the top of the lane was a pub called belle view.
, so only schools around were st williams catholic school ,belle green school and ince central both c of e , do you know of any religion in family ?
