I recognise a few faces here,four places in from the right on the second row up with a haircut like a Monk is Alan Roscoe who could run like the wind but smoked like a chimney.
Then there is me on the left with some ones steadying hand on mi shoulder, and two places to my left, slouching down with his collar up like Jimmy Cagney is little Billy Sedgwick. It's a pity it isn't a colour pic as his ginger red hair would hve stood out a mile.......very happy days indeed.

Loved sports days. Managed to take part in high jump and pictured far right. Billy Anglesea, who could fly like the wind (and play football and rugby) is pictured left with black hair and glasses.
