What a line up!
I remember the Head, Mr. Allan, asking me why draw a moustache, when he would allow me to grow one for the sake of the play. I remember telling him the play was the following week, not the following year!

Great photo Eric. I remember Ken (Mr) Allan just didn't like hair in what he thought were the wrong places. I used to get called into his study every week to discuss my sideburns which I was trying to grow. The outcome was always the same. I'd turn up next day with them shaved off and would proceed to start growing them again the day after that. He and I used to laugh about it years later when I started teaching at Hindley and Abram G.S. after getting a great reference from him.Keep the pictures coming. All the best to you,
