The cobbles, long since gone, used to be treacherous when icy or snow covered, used to be fun sliding down though!

right at the top of those steps next to the top school my grandad lived and i would go every day to his house to eat my dinner

Always rushing down going to schooland racing up going home, it was always a relief to get your breath back and breath normal again, what steps!what fun!what a life! still catching my breath.
