Yes,you did beat us at Central Park, I think they were then called curtain raisers before the Wigan side took to the field.
You had a good set up with Rudy and Billy and yourself plus nobody from Pem could catch John Hare, that lad was quick.

i saw dennis mchugh in sainsbury's a couple of months ago. i couldn't let him go without saying hello.he remembered me because i was always in lumber and got regular wallopings from him. (usually that short little cane he had).only lads ive not spoken to on the photo since leaving school are tony collins, john bradbury and young murphy. idon't think anyone made pro but quite a few played for various amateur clubs over the years. i plodded on till 87 when left knee said he'd had enough. hope everybody is ok. jp
iv'e just been reliably informed (by mrs pendlebury) that it was 1991 when i started being a responsible father and that she could cease washing my kit
still go in poacher, Joe.
ye still going in windin the scousers up
Joe, I don't think Billy Melling would be chuffed about nobody made pro comment?
Your right Dave, losin the plot as i get older. I think Billy signed for Leigh before he came to Wigan. Funny enough i was talking to him a couple of weeks ago up Pem. I'll mention my memory lapse next time i see him.
Went school with all these lads not good enought to get in that team
