hi Sandra. The other girls are on end of back row is Joan Parks, next to Mavis Calderbank is Mary Heath. Next to joyce lyon is Eileen leyland and next to Christine Liptrot is Sylvia Worthington.

Further to Sandra's identification of the pupils, I think that Ann Hart and Pamela Mottler are seated to the left of Frederica Duckworth.

Just looking at the photo as Joyce Lyon was my mum. Passed away January 2005..

Hi Philip, I`m sorry to hear about your mum. We were friends at school and I often went to visit her at home in Tunstall Lane. She lived next door to my auntie lucie. I have some photos of her somewhere,I will try to find them

Hello Philip. I was so sorry to read about your mum. She was a lovely girl but we lost touch after we left school. We were in St Matthews morris dancing troupe and have fond memories of our days out. Like Sandra I used to go to her house in Tunstall Lane, and if my memory serves me right her grandparents lived there as well. I also have photos somewhere taken at my 11th birthday party.
