Janice, I think the young lad with Rector Hall is Peter Pennington. He lived in one of the houses on Downall Green Rd. round the Dam but his family moved away in the mid 50's. The chap on the left is Mr. Foster, Rectory School headmaster at the time.

Correct it is Mr Foster. He was my grandfather. The young boy is most definitely not Peter Pennington. It is me Roger K Dandridge

Sorry Roger, as soon a I posted the comment I realised it was probably you and not Peter because I remembered Mr. Foster was your grandad. Please accept my apologies. Hope you and Shiela are well.

Will you both be going to the reunion on the 8th May

Dougie, I hope to attend, along with my brother Ian. I didn't know anything about it until recently, so I have asked Eric Winstanley to e-mail me with details.

Which reunion is that then?

I hope the word is getting out about the reunion, I'm going and I live in the States, I'm hoping to see lots of people from my Rectory Rd School days.
