I would say about 1973/4
That's Mark Fairhurst carrying the flag behind Skip. You can see Kim (Robert Wright) at the back. Neil Critchley is the scout 3rd in line behind Tony, who's surname I cannot remember. I remember the scout with ginger hair at the back of the line very clearly, but not his name sadly. I would have been at the front of the other line, to the left and parallel to Mark carrying the flag. We were Eagle patrol. It was great to meet some of the old 1st Standish recently at Stewart and Chris's anniversary party.
