This photo was before my time; it looks to be 1940s.The shop shown was Fred Alkers on the corner of Ince Green Lane and Hook Street, and you can just see the old Ince Central School next to the shop,where Central Flats now stand.

Oh I know it was a joke, that is why it tickled me. It is actually from a hole punch, but it does look like a sat dish! [lol]
