Fourth lady down could be Mrs. Taberner, Billinge Rd.

IF any can help me to try and find out who one of these ladies is above, the lady in question is the 4th one down from the lady in black with a white glove in her right hand I would be eternally grateful if any one could identify her

THATS NOT IN MY OPINION MRS.HEATON WHY? BECAUSE MRS.M.HEATON WAS MY AUNTY MARY SHE USED TO LIVE AT 123 BILLINGE ROAD

This photo belongs to my cousin. Fred kindly uploaded it for her. The fourth lady down is her Mother, my Aunt Mary Heaton.
