I'm fated not to be on any BB photos, even though I was a member. Anyway the young lad standing on the kerb with his dad is Kenny Winstanley from Birch Grove. The officer is Arthur Smith with Bill Slater and you Keith to his right.

Dave, coming from Billinge Road Kenny lived at the top of the hill next door before Keith and Kevin Thompson.
The officer is Bob Smith, Arthur Winstanley took over when Bob called it a day. Arthur was a cousin or something similar to Peter Winstanley who is stood on the footpath
