I remember Harold in the old Market Hall. I started work as an apprentice butcher straight from school and Harold always had the time of day for anyone and a pleasant "hello" and smile. One of lifes true gentlemen. He also had the patience of a saint to put up with the nutcases on Greens!!

I don't remember your name Wilky . I worked for Greens most of my life, and ended up manager. you must know me.

Hi David of course I remember you. My names Robert Wilkinson, everone called me Bob. I worked with Peter Wogan and Jimmy Ince on Les Bradburys stall. Must say your photo's have brought back some very happy memories. You of course are not one of the "nutcases"on Greens to which I refered in an earlier comment, I meant Finton and Martin.
