Wigan Album

This photo is in Eric Ogden's Book on "Northern Counties of Wigan" and on page 10 Father has written in his own style that the body was designed by him. The book was published in 1976 and Father died in 1984. Note- NC refused to give Father the recognition of the design and he left NC in 1955 turning his back on the bus /coach building companies and joined Walker Bros at Pagefield works in the drawing office and later became one of their estimators' until his retirement.
