I used to play football for st catherines brigade with keiths son andrew. Keith was the manager he used to get really stressed out with us but he was always a nice bloke

C.P. I was an officer in the 5th Wigan with Keith, Irving and John (Junior Section) for many years. He was a nice chap. Are you aware he died a couple of years ago? He would have been in his early 70s.

I didnt know he had died, I see Andrew now and again but not spoke to him much,im sorry to hear that.I remember Kenny Lee, Brian Perry and I think Paul Brooks dad sorry forgot his first name, that was about 1974 to 1977

CP. I think you mean Mark Brookes. His dad Roy was an officer along with Brian Perry and Ken Lea. Don Jackson was also an officer. I was in the company many years man and boy. Check out 5th Wigan BB St Catharine's in Assorted and Walking Days - St Catharine's etc.

Yes Mark was my brothers age Paul, Marks brother, was same age as me

CP Mark doesn't have a brother. He has a sister Gillian who became an officer later on. The Paul could be Paul Jones and he was very tall for his age and was in the company for some time.
