What can I say Andrew?...You've been and gone and done it again!!.....In case you were wondering, I love it!

Nice. Windows lit up too. How long is the exposure time on shots like this?

Comment by Maureen on 23rd January 2016 at 10:03

Those LED street lights are very bright. I must say well done to Wigan Council for the new street lighting we have, I think we were the first it the country for this complete up-grate.

The effects of this photo are really quite stunning, this is excellent work Andrew and thanks for the photo.

It has all been said, a great photo.

Comment by Andrew on 23rd January 2016 at 17:08
Thanks folks :-)

Robin, I think it was about 15 seconds

Comment by Dennis Miller on 23rd January 2016 at 17:32
Garry... the LED lighting is awful, it is only the effect of the long exposure that is making the impression of bright light.

Cracking shot however.

Comment by Garry on 23rd January 2016 at 19:53
Dennis, I don't need the photo or long exposure to tell me how good LED lighting is. I've seen them in real life..I'm not dead you know.

Did you have a star filter Andrew?

Comment by John Morris on 23rd January 2016 at 21:09
Excellent Andrew, the effect of the street lights is very interesting. I have enjoyed all your nighttime shots recently. On the subject of l.e.d. street lights I agree with Garry, they are very bright and presumably use less power.
