Quite a few people had free bed and breakfast there in the past. Nice photo.

I styed there last October. The staff are great and rooms lovely. The only drawback is trying to get to and fro Town centre across the busy roads outside!

I think they did a great job with the hotel conversion, it looks much better and is doing very well (if you look at the trip advisor reviews).

Be careful which room you are given if you stay.. The rooms at the back, on the ground floor, used to have steel doors with a serving hatch in the middle.
To be fair, as Rob has said, Premier Inn have made the building look a lot better.

"Be careful which room you are given if you stay.. The rooms at the back, on the ground floor, used to have steel doors with a serving hatch in the middle. " and you go to stay for one night and in the morning they say...."You two years are not up yet"
Good pic, Andrew.
