A nice shot... I got a good look around this at the Barton Fly in on Sunday, it is actually a 7/8th Replica of a spitfire and it has two seats..!! the back seat doesn't leave much room to move around much.!! Take a look: http://www.flickr.com/photos/beefsteak44/4982544139/

Gerald,

It flies from Barton and is privately owned. It is currently up for sale with 'offers invited'

Regards.

Nice pic John.A Battle of Britain veteran commented on T.V. that the spitfire was so responsive that it seemed to know what the pilot was thinking.

Lovely sight and probably lovely sound. But can't compare with the sound of a merlin. Agree with Dave Marsh
