Dinner in a restaurant on Parbold Hill, it was one of the prizes. the Blonde in the centre was the Queen that year

The lucky bloke is Roger Doxey, owner of the restaurant - also owned the Turnkey in Wigan. Hiding in the background is me when asst. editor of the Wigan Obsever (whose competition it was).
