This photograph has recently passed into my possession. The only thing known about it is that my father, John(Jack)Healy, is on the back-row, left. He was born in 1914 (died 1957)and looks about 35 in the photo. So the picture was probably taken around 1950. There are no obvious clues although some of the gentlemen are wearing tags(?) in their lapels.

I have to agree Ron, it does look like a Wigan Mafia outfit.
The tags look like they might be church related.

I think the man in the middle row in the middle is may father Wilfred Edgar, hard to tell with the trilby on.

Hi Pauline. I think we should both be worried; Ron and Kathleen are right in saying that they look like the Mafia :o)
